Return and Refund
We offer 14-day free returns on Canada and US orders. You must send back the returned products within 14 days of receiving the items. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted. For other countries (except Canada and US), a return fee of USD$25 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and final sale items(discount over 30%OFF) are considered final sales.
To start a return, you must contact us at killwinner@psylos1.com with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Customer Service team receives your request, return instructions will be sent to you.
Items sent back to us without our Customer Service Team’s confirmation will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at killwinner@psylos1.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sales. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.
Please Notes:
Return part items of your order may affect your eligibility for certain promotion events (the discount range may be downgraded, and the refund will be adjusted to the eligible discount range based on the remaining order).
All items are not eligible for price match.
Shipping
A standard processing time of up to three (3) business days is required before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 16:00 PM (Eastern Time) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). During peak periods or for items with high demand, processing times may exceed 3 business days.
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options, shipping fee is subject to your delivery address
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify.
Customs Duties
Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.

Please note: The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase. Please note that Psylos1 does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information. Installment payment is available.
